Boot Camp
Starts June 6th!
We can customize small group camps with people of similar fitness levels.
Bootcamp will run:
When: Mondays & Wednesdays 12:15pm- 1:15pm
Location: Meets at Palo Alto Reach every session but will include outdoor training when weather permits.
Member Price: $13 per session
Non-member Price: $15 per session
Small group training : Depends on group size

Improve your level of fitness with an educational , instructive, and challenging five week s program. The Reach Boot Camp is an intense and total-body workout with a progression of muscular strength, endurance, and cardiovascular exercise.

Boot camp training is done outdoors, combining exercises that increase the five major components of fitness:
- Muscle and Joint Strength
- Muscular Endurance
- Cardiovascular Endurance
- Body Composition
- Flexibility
Boot camp will show you ways to increase your functional fitness level without relying on "weight machines" or "cardio equipment." Reach boot camp welcomes all levels and provides a challenging workout regardless of your fitness level.
